Setup a Payment Plan

PAYMENT QUICK FACTS

  • Review your billing statement and balance due by clicking on the billing info icon on the right side of your portal in the Link Launcher section.
  • Payment due date - On or before the first day of classes.
  • Payment Plans - Set up through Spalding portal by clicking payment plan icon in the Link Launcher section on the right side of the portal.
    • 3 installment plan (pay by session)
    • 6 month installment plan (fall: Aug-Feb, spring: Mar-Jul)
    • $35 set up fee for payment plans
    • Fall and spring semesters require new enrollment in payment plan
    • No payment plan offered for summer courses
  • Payment in full - pay through Spalding Portal by clicking billing info icon in the Link Launcher section on the right side of the portal.
    • Payments made using electronic funds transfer are free
    • Payments made using credit/debit card charge 2.5% fee
  • Payment Late Fee - if not received by the first day of class.
  • Students living on campus:
    • If taking loans, master promissory note and entrance loan counseling must be completed prior to move in date.
    • If student has a balance due, payment must be made in full or payment plan must be set up prior to move in date.
